Your satisfaction is our priority. Before wearing your shoes outside, please take a few minutes to try them on a carpeted surface. If, for any reason, our shoes do not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn, unused or unsealed items within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Contacting Us: Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@outersoul.com or call Toll Free 866-751-3532.
2. Completing Your Forms: Please complete the return form printed on the back of your receipt and include it in your package. Please fill in the reason. The return form must be included with in your package to insure proper credit.
3. Sending Your Package: Return completed package to: Outersoul, 5208 W. Highway 290, Astin, TX 78735 USA. Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Outersoul encourages you to use an insured carrier. This will enable you to track you package more easily. Please note the Outersoul cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. However, if using USPS, do NOT use "Signature Required" as it may cause a lengthy delay in the receipt of your return. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit card from your return appears on your credit card statement or until you receive your refund.

5. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return/exchange. We will credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping & handling charges). Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two (2) business cycles. All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
