San Miguel Shoe Return and Exchange Policy

Before wearing your shoes outside, please take a few minutes to try them on a carpeted surface. If, for any reason, our shoes do not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn, unused or unsealed items within 15 days (no exceptions) of purchase for exchange or refund. You MUST obtain a return authorization number before your return will be accepted. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Contacting Us: Please contact San Miguel Shoe at paly05@hotmail.com or call 011-52-415-154-4702.
2. Completing Your Forms: Please complete the return form printed on the back of your receipt and include it in your package. Please fill in the reason. The return form must be included with in your package to insure proper credit.
3. Sending Your Package: Return completed package to: San Miguel Shoe, Attn: Paulina, Calzada de la Luz #48, San Miguel de Allende, GTO, MEXICO 37700. Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Please note that San Miguel Shoe cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit card from your return appears on your credit card statement or until you receive your refund.
4. Packaging Your Return: Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Seal the package securely with tape:
