5. How are San Miguel Shoes made?

    San Miguel Shoes are handmade by Santiago Gallardo Muniz in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
    Each pair is handcrafted with a PVC Outersole, a flexible elastic upper, a soft, textile
    upper lining, reinforcement goring at top of forefoot strap, a soft, suede leather footbed, and a
    polyurethane foam padded insole.
    Because each pair of San Miguel Shoes is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. This is no
    reflection on the quality of our product but rather is inherent in handcrafted products.

6. How do I choose the correct size?

San Miguel Shoes are currently made in whole sizes only. Outersoul displays the American size of each shoe on our website and on our shoe boxes. When ordering San Miguel Shoe, you should order the American size you most commonly wear.

If you consistantly wear a 1/2 size, we have the following recommendations. You should order the1/2 size down in all OPEN-TOED styles of the San Miguel Shoe EXCEPT for the "San Miguel" and the "Sydney". In these two styles, we recommend that you order 1/2 size up. Please call us regarding sizing questions for the closed-toed styles of the San Miguel Shoe.

Please consider that Outersoul can not guarantee that our sizing recommendations will work for every foot. However, our recommendations have proved to be accurate and helpful in most cases.

7. What are your shipping charges within the United States?

We currently use either USPS Priority Mail or Fedex Ground to ship orders within the United States.

8. What are your shipping charges to Canada?

Outersoul Inc. is happy to accept orders from Canada. We use United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail for Canadian orders.

9. What are your shipping charges outside of the United States and Canada?

Outersoul Inc. is happy to accept orders from outside the US and Canada. We use United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail for International orders.

Occasionally adverse weather conditions (ie. blizzards, floods, etc) can delay these expedited shipping options. Please be aware there is nothing USPS or Outersoul Inc. can do to prevent these delays.

10. How do I care for my San Miguel Shoes?

The elastic bands of your San Miguel Shoes are cotton and may be hand washed using a mild soap and warm water. We've heard from some of our customers that you may machine wash them! We're told that you should wash them separately on a gentle cycle and let them air dry. Do NOT dry them in a dryer! Please be advised that Outersoul Inc. will NOT warranty any defects caused by machine washing the shoes.
